The premise

Built for the third kind of experience.

There are experiences that entertain. Experiences that open. And — rarely — experiences that re-arrange something inside you.

THE EXPERIENCE was designed for the third. Two days, a small group, three guides, and a programme constructed around a single intention: to give you back access to what you’ve been carrying without knowing.

01 / 03

Music

A score curated session by session — from the first slow breath to the deepest peak. Built to move what words cannot reach.

02 / 03

Movement

Ecstatic dance, somatic practice and held space. No choreography, no performance. Only what wants to move through your body.

03 / 03

Reset

Sound journeys, breath, integration circles. Time to let what has surfaced settle — so you leave with more than a memory.

Inside the journey

Two days, structured to take you somewhere.

Every block is placed for a reason. The opening prepares the system. The peaks ask the body what it has been holding. The closes give the work a place to land.

01

Day one — Arrive · Open · Move

  1. 14:00

    Arrival & welcome ritual

Tea, silence, and the first words spoken to set the field for the weekend.

  2. 15:30

    Opening circle

Why are you here? A guided process to land in the body and in the room.

  3. 17:00

    First movement journey

A two-hour ecstatic dance session, held by Meiko and scored from the first breath.

  4. 20:00

    Welcome dinner

A shared meal — quiet music, slow conversation, the day allowed to settle.

  5. 22:00

    Sound bath

Daniel guides a sonic journey to close the day — the body lying down, the music doing the work.

02

Day two — Deepen · Release · Integrate

  1. 09:00

    Morning practice

Breathwork and somatic warm-up with Liron. Slow, deliberate, deeply embodied.

  2. 11:00

    The deep journey

The longest movement session of the retreat. Three hours, every register, no exit.

  3. 14:30

    Integration brunch

A long, generous meal. Space to put words to what moved — or not.

  4. 16:30

    Closing ceremony

A circle to gather what each person is taking home, and what is being left behind.

  5. 19:00

    Final sound journey

A quiet, deliberate close. The retreat ends the way it began — in the body, in silence.

Wide editorial shot — group in slow movement, late-afternoon light, dark wooden room, no faces visible
Detail — hand resting on chest during integration circle, soft natural light, shallow depth of field

Is this for you

Honest self-selection.

We keep the room small on purpose. The work is shaped by who is in it. Read both columns before you book.

For you, if —

  • You feel a quiet pull to go deeper than another retreat-as-content.
  • You move — through dance, breath, body — and want to do it in a held room.
  • You are willing to be a beginner again, in a small group of people you don’t yet know.
  • You are looking for an experience, not a performance.

Probably not, if —

  • You are looking for a party. There are better parties.
  • You expect entertainment delivered to a passive audience.
  • You are unwilling to put your phone away for two days.
  • You want a vague, photogenic “vibe” without any structure or depth.

The hosts

Three guides, one room.

Each holds a different layer of the work. Together, they make space for the kind of depth a single facilitator cannot.

Holder of Space · Founder of Rize & Shyn

02

Liron Meyuhas

Movement & Embodiment Guide

Liron weaves somatic practice, dance, and intuitive guidance into experiences that meet people where they are — and move them where they didn’t expect to go.

03

Daniel Kizilirmak

Sound Journey & Integration

Daniel composes the sonic landscape that holds the retreat — from drum-driven peaks to subtle integration soundscapes that allow what surfaced to settle.

Voices from previous rooms

What the work leaves behind.

I came expecting a long dance event. I left with a body that finally felt like mine again. The structure of the two days is the work.

Sophie K.

Munich, returning guest

The integration brunch on day two surprised me the most. It is the part most events skip — and the part that made the weekend stay with me.

Andreas M.

Berlin

Three guides, three layers, never overlapping. It feels orchestrated in the best sense — every block is in its right place.

Questions

Honest answers.

If something is not covered here, write to us — we read every message and a host replies personally.

Email the hosts
Do I need any dance experience?

None. The room is built for whatever movement is true for your body — from full ecstatic flow to lying still on the floor. The hosts hold space for both.

Why is the venue revealed only after booking?

We keep the room small and the field protected. The address is shared in your confirmation email along with arrival timing, parking and the partner hotels we recommend.

What is the difference between Premium, Special and Master?

Premium gives you the full programme. Special adds a welcome dinner, reserved seating in opening circle and a curated journal. Master is six seats only with a private one-to-one, a preparation call before, and an integration session one week after.

Will alcohol or substances be present?

No. THE EXPERIENCE is alcohol- and substance-free, like all Rize & Shyn work. The depth we are after is reached without them.

Is there an age limit?

You should be 21 or older. We occasionally make exceptions on request — write to us before you book.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the retreat, transferable up to 7 days before. After that, you may pass your seat to someone you trust — we just need to know who is coming into the room.

I have an injury or a sensitive nervous system. Can I still come?

In most cases, yes — the work meets people where they are. Write to us at booking@meikodeen.com before you book, and one of the hosts will reply personally.

How do I get there and where do I sleep?

Munich is easily reached by train and air. After booking we send a list of partner hotels close to the venue, with rates we have pre-negotiated for the weekend.
